Overall average experience today. Order was not prepared correctly despite repeating instructions three times at both the speaker and window. Mgmt promises to make it right with coupons in the mail. Will upgraded to 4 stars since coupons arrived.

I did not go to this taco bell 6 days ago. I have not been there in several weeks. As I recall the food was ok they are just very slow because of not enough help. I think all fast food restaurants are struggling with getting help because of the pandemic and people draw more unemployment than the chain places are willing to pay.

Ordered a #3 the beef burrito was more a bean also prefer chilli cheese very little filling only reason 2 stars is taco was good

The drive thru was quick and friendly would recommend if you need a quick bite to eat, also recommend Steak Quesadilla

I ask them to drop a fresh chalupa And they did just that it was delicious and fresh unlike the Capitol Avenue location where I just had a hard badd chalupa the week before Who Also tell you they are giving you a fresh chalupa and it's a lie The last one I got i could not even tear apart it was so hard and nasty. I want to give a shout out to the Columbia location for being so nice about the special order and actually keeping good in their word. I guess I will start coming to this one even though it is out of my by miles cause customer service is everything to me way to go guys your awesome now you need to show the other locations how to do what you do A+ for great food and great customer service❤ud83dude42
