I love this place, I’ve been coming here for a few years ever since I moved to BC and have had nothing but great experiences. For me what most impressive is their customer service always friendly, they actually bother to learn your name and always willing to help those who need it. The staff go outside when regular elderly clients (who they not only know by name but car ud83eudd2f) arrive and grab their laundry take care of all their paperwork all so their customers wouldn’t be burdened with leaving their car. Who does that... Maudies does because its a vibe y’all.

I took my bedding there because it’s a place that I used to frequent and thought highly of because there driers were good and I thought the washers were good but when I went to check on my sheets I realized there were bed bugs in the washing machine. I ended up having to throw away 100+ dollars worth of sheets and pillow cases because I definitely wasn’t bringing them back home. It would be great if after every person they sent the washers through a tub clean or a rinse cycle so that they can get the previous users “pest” out there. I have all white bedding and that really ruined it. I haven’t been back since.

Been going to this Laundromat since I was a kid... 20 plus years. Nothing has changed. Still as nice as it was when I was little. The laundry attendents are always so kind and helpful!! Such a peaceful, inexpensive place to do laundry.

I’ve been using Maudies since moving to Battle Creek 15 years ago. I’ve found it to be a clean, friendly, and well maintained place that I’m comfortable coming to. The staff have been exceptionally helpful and nice whenever I come. I now use the convenient drop off service since the Covid-19 started, and find they do a much better job than I do, thanks Ladies!
