I just don’t understand how they can not maintain consistency in order accuracy. I ordered online. And it was correct on the screen at drive thru pick up. Received my bags. Was missing my chips for my nacho order( got the cheese though) and didn’t get my cinnamon crisps. I had to pull back around go inside and wait, and wait til someone came to the counter. I did get my items after a wait. But no apology, they didn’t even seem to care at all. It was a near $40 order. Guess they just don’t give a darn. It’s just disappointing. Also my tacos were partially unwrapped in the bag and it was just a mess. Again, they must not care much.

The most horrible service I have ever had. Went through doordash as we don't drive. Ordered the steak chulappa box. Was chicken. Nacho and cheese came with it. Had 3 chips. Payed extra money for 2 large drinks didn't even receive them. Food was ice cold. This is ridiculous. Have tried calling several times and they won't even answer.

We go to Taco Bell often. But tonight was a little irritating. I order a #1 which is 3 crunch taco supreme’s (w/large drink) I asked minus tomatoes. With a Pepsi which the size is a large. Mind you when the lady was talking, she was talking fast and sounded like she was in a hurry. So I pull around to pay. I taste my drink always once they hand it to me. It was flat. So I told the lady and asked for cherry pepsi instead. She hands me a MEDIUM cherry pepsi. I was not happy. Size matters. Especially if I’m paying for it! Never mind you, they use to ask the customer what sauce and I had to ask. It would be nice to ask what kind of sauce when customers order so it’s already in the bag. (St Joesph, Mi Taco Bell is wonderful with doing that) so then I get home and my 3 tacos had very little meat and NO SOUR CREAM! I said minus tomatoes. Not sour cream. (This happened a few other times with the same order) If I didn’t want either sour cream or tomatoes, I wouldn’t have ordered a #1. It’s just the little things that are disappointing.

Im not sure who the night shift is right now, but i went at around 1am and they were so polite, service was fast and food was some of the best taco bell ive had.
