Horrible place . Mold in shower, mice running around in rooms. Staff is rude and just plain horrible to the tennant's. They get away with pocketing cash and charging fees that are not in contract. Charge people for not wearing a face mask in hallway. It's more like a prison than a hotel. BECAUSE ITS A HOTEL AND NOT AND APARTMENT LEASE. They snoop around your room when you are away. Someone needs to create a lawsuit against this establishment. NEGATIVE STARS. PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED.

This place has come a very long way since the 1980s. I didn't think I would like being here after hearing the rumors about this place. Tell you whatever rumors you might have heard are false. These people keep the place neat and clean and they are very strict with rules. You violate any of them, you are out! I am really enjoying my stay here.

Rude and disrespectful..... miss one appointment because I was told to go to a white house but the house wasn't even white. Tried calling while trying to locate the right house. I then rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I called and had to cancel that appointment....sent an email 3 times to cancel the Tuesday showing. Claimed that i was a no show. Very rude and disrespectful....terrible, bad experience.....go elsewhere. Beware of Audra......she is rude.

It is not a bad place to live for a short time but definitely not long term. They provide a mini fridge and you can have a microwave but you have to bring your own. They do not allow pet's of any kind as well as any other cooking devices other than the microwave and there's no kitchen here.

These people were very rude.nThey gave me an application and treated me like a number.nI was trying to transition into a cheaper apartment they had listed for $600 per month.nI told her my current rent in yarmouth is $1,100 per month and I would save so much money!nShe was quick to deny me. Never replied to my email. Didn't respond until I messaged her back first.nShe was then rude again saying sorry no cosigners and sorry I can't help you because you don't have 2 years of bank statements. Sorry not everyone in Maine uses banks. Some people have a safe with bundles of 100 dollar bills.nAt that point I emailed her my current statement from my business account showing $2,800 this month in deposits. And a balance of $5,400 for the total 30 days.nSo let me get this right I make $5,000 a month and I can't get a 1 bedroom apartment in Biddeford Maine ?nSomething terribly wrong with this picture.nAlso they took my application and now have my social security number and all my info.nI am very nervous about this situation and I'm not sure if I was scammed or what.nI will never recommend this company to anyone.nI was very excited to have a cheap place all to myself and the lady treated me like complete trash.nDon't contact this business save your time.nI am a small business owner and the way this company does business is clownish.
