I just bought a house and moved to a new area. My furnace broke down within 60 days. I was lost on what to do. I posted in a local community page on facebook Amethyst, along with a few other people reached out to me. The service that she provided was outstanding. She walked me through the process to get rebates and discounts on my furnace. Helped me secure a loan.nThe service that she provided was enough to win me over. Plus she provided the best price. I now will get my will from them. Very happy and satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very good and reliable with fuel deliveries. However, terrible when repairing furnaces. Charged me an extra diagnostic fee for an issue they didn't fix in the first place. Took three tries to fix a simple problem. I had to use personal time from work on each visit.
I had looked EVERYWHERE when I ran out of fuel but no one could come for a week. I called rinaldi energy and they did everything in their power to get to my house within 48 hours. AND they were there first thing in the morning! I will not go anywhere else for fuel! They also have a very polite and very sweet staff.
Rinaldi was quick, well-priced, good service on fuel delivery. I also enjoy their reminders!
I called Rinaldi due to a delivery issue with my previous company (they couldn’t deliver) and I had already waited four days for oil and my tank was reading empty. They were so nice and came the very next morning!! I am so impressed with their customer service and will definitely remain a customer in the future!
