Always my go-to spot for manis and pedis. The staff are kind and attentive and their services are fantastic. So happy we moved to Saco and found this gem!
I made an appointment for 1 for a wax I showed up a little bit late so I was there about 105 and I was waiting for about five minutes and I asked one of the workers how long it would be because I had to work and my appointment was for one so they told it would be about 10 minutes and I believed them so I decided to wait after about 10 minutes another customer walked in without an appointment for a wax and got taken right back to get a wax terrible customer service I will not be going back there
I have been coming here every summer for the past 4 years and its always been a place I held in high regard. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. I needed to have an acrylic nail repaired and the man that works here was very loud and very rude. It was obvious that I had aggravated him. Funny how you don't need to speak a language to understand what is being said. Body language says it all. The woman that did my nail was very sweet and did a good job. I probably won't be back which is too bad because it is convenient to where I live. Customer service should always be a priority.
