Great food and for once good service there. Night cree is horrible recommend going lunch or dinner time
Used to prefer Biddeford to Saco. The Saco store is dirty. Biddeford used to be on point. Tonight they forgot items, and gave us sloppy food. My nachos were beans dumped on top with a scarce amount of tge other items.nJust a bad job.
The very first time I went there was when they first opened down by SMMC, my daughter and I ordered went to sit at a table and the tables were dirty. After wiping it down we sat to eat and the food was soggy and tasted like it was just reheated and thrown under the heat lamp to keep it semi warm, that was over 2 years ago I believe. However I never went back and my daughter and I was sick all night afterwards. Sorry but it was totally gross.
Overall, the food is fine but not a great experience. Items were left out of order, one was never recieved and not realized it was missing until we drove off. The other items were not given at first and then when reminded about those items, the emploees didnt know what the items were supposed to be. In addition we were not offered a reciept and were not given one and overall the drivethrough was somewhat slow and certain items were not made available at the drivethrough, only if you call an order in ahead.
This taco bell's was good when they first opened but now they forget items and when I called they said o you can pick up what you paid when your ready did offer a free drink or a discount. Very sad
