Overall I’m very happy with the cleanliness and attention Good service at this Orono location. I do my laundry here every week. Plenty of machines and space. My only problem is that the laundry attendant who comes in to clean and wipe down the machines is not wearing a mask. We don’t know where she had been and who she has been in contact with or what she is carrying anymore than anyone else in the laundry mat. Why not wear a mask and protect your customers and yourself. I think it is not setting a good model for cleanliness. Thank you.
If you are worried about catching Coronavirus this is not the place for you. No efforts have been made to enforce social distancing, no worker is available, and masks are not enforced. It is also not very clean inside so don’t count on machines being sanitized.
Always come here to do laundry. Prices are decent, the person on duty is always helpful no matter who it is, there a bathroom and vening machine, and there's a tv and wifi you can use while you wait
