I placed an online order for pickup, the employee claimed the never received the order, though I chose the right location and was charged. They refused to make our food or refund us, and there is absolutely no customer service

This Subway is always out of something.. they do a good job however it is fusterating when they don't have what you want or ordered online.

The “assistant manager” Megan was not only rude to the customer before me but I could tell she did NOT care about her job. She was wearing sweatpants! How is that acceptable? My bread on the bottom was really greasy and thin BEFORE I asked her to put olive oil and vinegar on it. I got in the car and took a few bites, it tasted disgusting and so we went back I went in and told her and she said “it’s not my fault because you asked me to put oil on it” I asked her if I could get a new sandwich and if I would have to pay and she said yes. In all my experience with almost any store the customer is ALWAYS right and clearly she, either hasn’t had enough training in customer service or just shouldn’t be working with people because no human should ever be treated like that.

Subway food is good. They will not take your food order unless you are wearing a mask. I share this because I feel wearing a mask should be a personal choice.

Tried ordering online had my order almost complete, then was told it's too late, went in got told I have to leave because I have a medical exemption and wont wear a mask yet a group of teenagers are sitting and eating not 10 feet from us both without masks.this policy is honestly the most outrageously stupid sound thing I have ever heard. Wont spend my money at this place any more. Plenty of places that respect peoples choices/medical decisions
