The service tonight was wonderful, those two girls did an impeccable job. They was able to make more order in record time and was very kind and courtious. Definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop in and have these lady's make them a sandwich.

Just want to give a great review for the girls working at the subway location this morning 4/5/21 I came in around 10, I believe I was the 1st customer.. Both were great! Polite didn't hesitate to strike up conversations, They both worked well together and the sandwich was AWESOME! I didn't catch there names but I hope the manager of this location see's this review. By far the cleanest and nicest subway I've ever been in. I live in Canton and usually go to mexico subway but after this trip I will be going to Jay anytime I want subway! The drive through was awesome, when we got to the window to pay for our sandwiches their card machine went offline so my boyfriend and i got a serious attitude from the woman working. Then she pretty much threw the sandwiches we ordered at us and we left. I wasn't too fond of the attitude but maybe she had some of her own demons she was fighting, who knows.

The absolute worst service.nThey are EXTREMELY slow. I've gone in and gone through the drive through many times and almost always have issues. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes today and eventually left because I was going to be late for work....the car in front of me and the subway worker were having a personal conversation for about 15 minutes and then I was asked to wait when It was finally my turn, 5 minutes later I left...there were no cars in the parking lot and no other cars in the drive thru.nNot impressed
