I highly recommend Scott Carpet Cleaning. Communications were prompt and pleasant, scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. Katherine and Matt were professional and followed Covid safety protocols. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service was top notch. They did a fantastic job on a carpet that was overdue for a cleaning and removed all traces of cat urine odor from a chair. And their cost for their service was very reasonable.
Awesome experience. They were very responsive, and their estimate was spot on and very reasonable. They really went above and beyond and both my upholstery and carpets look brand new after years of wear and tear from both the dog and two young kids. They were fast and efficient and very respectful of my home. They were so nice and it was reassuring that all the products they used were safe for both my young kids and my dog. I will absolutely use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing carpet and upholstery cleaning!
