Lennar at Coventry

What a joke you guys use nice side but cheap roofing material who puts 3 tab shingles up anymore and the roof looks terrible need find new roofing company when you contract is up with the company you have. I mean just look at the pictures I have glad I don't live here

What a great new home subdivision. All sizes of homes a variety of price ranges and even some where the outside maintenance is all taken care of. As new residents are moving in they are all talking about how much they love the neighborhood. And that says a lot!

We moved here in September and cannot say enough about how much we love our new Lennar home. We started looking at older homes because I hated the process of upselling, getting nickel and dimed but there was absolutely none of that working with their sales associate Brent! The entire process from beginning to end was enjoyable thanks to the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their follow up after the sale was equally amazing!

I recently built a new home with Lennar at Coventry of Westfield. Brent was very helpful with facilitating walkthroughs and follow-ups on items noted in the home during the build process. I had a good experience with the buying process, overall. That said, after a few months of living here I've not been wowed with the home's initial build quality. I guess this just surprises me on a house at this price point. To start, some of these quality items I've noted shouldn't be post-construction issues, like interior walls which are bowed out around water lines coming up from the slab. Only time will tell, but I'm hopeful that the house will maintain its durability during my ownership.
