Fort Wayne Electrolux Express Coin Laundry

Unfortunately it's attached to Jefferson Express which is the BP gas station/restaurant ud83dude05 downtown: which it's not a good place to visit. I tell you not to go there but they are connected to a lot of other businesses so I'm going to leave them out of this one. ud83dude44ud83dude11ud83dude12ud83dude04...but yes the laundromat here is very clean very nice they're open about 24 hours a day 7 days a week staff is not there usually and if they are they stay within their little room back there doesn't bother anyone have cameras out so it is watch over like I said it's very clean people come in and out of there nice and quiet they even got leather electronic massage chairs in it but also there's no bathroom for public use they have chairs to sit in and they also have benches with tables and chairs folding tables extra large dryers extra large washers just everything accommodating they're very peaceful in there so nice place to wash clothes I do there at times when I don't do it at home so I am for you to go here when it comes to going to this somewhat of a strip mall but don't go in the other end to Jefferson Express the BP gas station they have problems down there them people down there make you want to do something to them because of their mouth one minute your boss the next minute you might be getting called the just say out of your name I seen it happened it got tried with me and I let that manager that work in their nose don't do me because I'm right outside your protective glass and I ain't got nothing but me out here so it's just not a good place to go they can put you in a bad mood and put a bad taste in your mouth just like the food they serve their don't even try it get something out the store if you go there and go do not buy no food out of there smells like horse butt but the laundromat is straight is on the other end you won't have to worry about them there I give them kudos ud83dude01❤ufe0fud83dude0aud83dudc4cud83cudffdud83dudc4dud83cudffdud83dudd96ud83cudffd 100,000,000,000 ‼ufe0f Amerigod ♉♾ufe0f✡ufe0fud83dudd49ufe0f✝ufe0f⚛ufe0f☯ufe0f☮ufe0f

Terrible place to do laundry. Half the machines doesn't work! They don't maintain the machine or put out of order signs up. They don't refund money. One customer got made and the cops showed up. There has been multiple complaints is what the officers said but things aren't getting done fast enough. If I could I would give a negative 5 stars!

I literally left another Laundromat to come to this one because the owner of the other place was telling me to use a different (more expensive of course) machine. I packed up my clothes n left. This place isn't perfect but it is cheaper and there is no one here telling a 40 yo woman how to do her laundry. ud83dude01ud83dudc4d

Great customer service and reasonable prices

I had clothes a pair of pants & sweatshirt stolen out of the dryer .. that was still drying .. I would suggest, never to go there ...
