Highland Quarters

It’s really between Highland and The Annex if you want new and nice. Annex changes management companies often. Highland has a great owner, great team, and is a nice place to live. Precious and Cassie have been there for awhile, for sure the best two to talk with.

This is a great move in ready apartment for anyone! My favorite part is not having to share a bathroom with my roommates, because everyone has their own in their rooms. The staff are super friendly and are always on site to help you. It is also super convenient if you go to Indiana State University, because campus is right across the street.

Highland Quarters is a great alternative to on campus housing. With it being right off campus, it is only a few minutes to walk to any if your classes. Additionally, the amenities that are included in the monthly installment are great. For the price, and location, it is well worth it. The staff is very helpful, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I have lived here the past 6 months and I could not be any happier with this place! Staff is awesome and the building is so clean. Nothing better than living in a clean, staff friendly, and amazing apartment. Highland is home away from home for me and it feels like I have never left!

Living here has been a great experience! I love that it's so close to campus and that it has great amenities like the gym! An elevator ride down to the gym is far better than a walk across campus to the rec
