I have been going there for years. I have seen the owner throw a fit in front of clients with one of his nail techs and it is so unprofessional. Also i like a 2 week standing appointment and the owner will not allow this because he lets walk in first. My money is just as good as theirs because I come every 2 weeks. Also if I have an appointment I expect to be serviced but the owner throws walk in ahead of you and then you have to wait. If this happens again I will find somewhere else to go where you will be treated better. I have sent several clients over there and they have quit going for these reasons.nBetter clean up their act!nJulie is the best she does a great job!

I had a full set put on and they are thick, uneven, have bubbles, and the acrylic was stuck to my skin. Very rushed and poor quality.

Julie does an amazing job, I’ve went to her for the past year. She does my nails perfectly just how I want them. She’s very sweet everytime I come in. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Top nails for 19 years. Julie has always done my nails and does a wonderful job. She is sweet and has a good personality. I’ve never had a problem at top nails and will continue to go there!!

I’m so disappointed with my nails, I literally paid $40 for something I could have done myself. My technician rushed through my nails, and didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted. She did not sand them down enough and they still looked lumpy when she was done. When I asked her to correct her mistakes she acted like nothing was wrong but did it anyway. She told me it was normal to have your thumbnails uneven. I eventually just had to settle for “good enough.” Now I will have to go to another place when I get the money again and not only redo them, but get them removed beforehand because of how short they are, which is not the most pleasant experience especially when they’re recently done. My nails are now misshapen, uneven, and embarrassing, and will be for at least a week. Don’t spend your hard-earned money here, make the drive to Terre Haute where they know what they’re doing, or at the very least put effort and time into their work.
