A friend referred me to Cathy Fiebig when I wanted to sell my late mom’s home. Also, the house I grew up in. Having no experience in selling a home, it was important to me to find a realtor who would be able to relate with me. It was a very emotional time for me and Cathy immediately picked up on that. She knew it wasn’t only a house I was dealing with but the losses as well. From coming up with our asking price to the day of closing she was there. Always being optimistic in every situation. She was quick in solving anything that came up along the way. I could tell she has lots of knowledge in the business and has dealt with many associates in her field. She knows the housing market here in the Rockford area and how it is often changing and how that affects sales. She is totally respectful, caring and understanding. It was so pleasant to work with Cathy. I will let anyone I know who plans to buy or sell to call Cathy first! She’s the gal you want on your side!

We searched for many months for the perfect home. But we couldn’t have done it without our amazing realtor at Berkshire Hathaway, Jodi Stromberg! She was intentional, incredibly helpful, and just honestly intuitive. She was patient and helped us find the most perfect home for us to raise our growing family in. We are the most thankful for her, her wisdom, patience, and excitement in helping us find the right home for us! At the end of finding our home, we also know we found friendship with her. And I’m just not sure that’s the case everywhere else. Thank you!!!!

We decided to sell our first home after living there for 23 years. We called the realtor who had helped us buy the home so many years ago, Tara Osborne.nA smart decision.nTara was exactly the type of person we remembered her as; professional, confident, patient and extremely helpful (good sense of humor too).nShe went above and beyond, doing things in order to allow us to sell our house at the top of the market price. She was always available to answer questions and keep the process moving along.nThe local office here also helped us to sell my Dad’s house about 15 years ago. They also were very helpful, and laser focused on getting the house sold.nI would highly recommend Berkshire Hathaway/Crosby Starck, and will definitely use them again!

Dana is an amazing agent. She was very knowledgeable with all of our questions and knew how to price our house right since we had to sell fast. Dana was very helpful and always asking if we needed any help or anything so we weren’t as stressed with a newborn. If we ever move back into the area we will definitely use Dana again.

Our realtor, Jodi Stromberg was the consummate Professional. She made the entire experience easy. She has great communication skills and treats her clients with respect. She is very knowledgeable and knows the local market well. It was overall a great experience.
