Let me tell you about my experiencesnMy co worker (Caucasian)and i (African American)applied for these townhomes around the same time she was approved within two days. I was denied for no reason at all and i bring in more income then her and what is required. When i asked why i was denied Kylie stated it was at the owner’s request. I don’t have a criminal background it’s just my daughter and i, so you would think they would want to house a single parent with her child. Word of advise don’t waste your time or money.

Nice place for living. Very well maintained inside and out. Pretty easy on budget too.

I love these apartments. They are clean and well maintained. All the staff are polite and respectful. I've lived in many rentals over the last forty years and this is by far the nicest. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

The inside of the apartment was dated but spacious. We couldn't get over the sewer or garbage smell.
