Patrick Sullivan worked with me to sell a rental house on the southeast side. He went far beyond what a normal realitor does, He provided several low cost contractors to help get the house in shape to sell. He provided an accurate market analysis along with key things that were needed for a quick sell. He listed the house and we had multiple offers the first day and signed the sales agreement that day and for more than listing price. Pioneer Reality are quick turnaround professionals. I am in Iowa and they worked with me flawlessly and saved me a lot of time and money. They are well worth their fee. Patrick keeps you up to date . There are not enough stars to click! Julie H had an amazing market analysis when she came to my house for the first time. She thoroughly explained the current state of the housing market (Covid-19)and gave me multiple scenarios of what I could expect. Needless to say it was no brainier to go with them. Overall the experience with Pioneer Real Estate selling my condo was just first class. 30 days on market and sold!! Julie displayed passion, dedication and hard work through out the whole process. The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They really have your best interest when working with you. Wholeheartedly, I am recommending Julie H and the Pioneer Real Estate Team to anyone who is looking to buy their dream home or selling to start a whole new journey!

Some people dream about their wedding day, well I have dreamed about the day I could start looking for a home of my own and I’ve always known I would work with Julie Holen from Pioneer Real Estate. Although I wasn’t able to tour homes with Julie, as I was living in Dallas at the time, I knew I could trust her guidance and taste. Julie excels in communication and makes herself available via phone, text, email, and even video chat when needed. She absolutely cares about her clients and helping them find the right home. She was so incredibly easy to work with and I will definitely be working with her and the team at Pioneer Real Estate again in the future.

About two years ago we invited Ginger Sreenan to our home in Rockford to ask what she thought we needed to do before listing our home. She gave us a detailed list of minor issues and the names of contractors we might need along the way. We spent the next year following her instructions. Memorial Day weekend of 2016 we signed on with Pioneer and Ginger as our agent. She worked hard showing our home; three open houses and at least 5 private showings a week. At the end of July of '16 we accepted an offer within 2% of her market analysis. A condition of the sale was that we had to close in six weeks. No problem for Ginger! She helped us find a beautiful home in Lake Summerset and scheduled same day closings on both homes. If we ever need a realtor again, I would hope Ginger would represent us.
