We had noticed an intermittent gas smell in our basement over the past two weeks. Tom spent over an hour checking all the gas lines in the basement and outside the house. There was no obvious leak that he could find so he also checked the floor drain in the basement for sewer gas. He recommended having our furnace checked out since it had been several years since it was professionally checked. He also found a leak in the water line coming into the house that will need to be fixed in the very near future before it causes damage. I was very impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism.

We had 4 different service people come and try to service our problem over 4 days. Two of the service techs wanted to replace our main sewer line in the front yard. The other 2 techs both said we had a clog. One tech didn’t have the tool he needed for the job on his truck(understandable). The other tech had the job done in an hour and we were up and running again. No new sewer line needed. Thank you so much to Sean Booth and Craig Gruber you guys are amazing for this company! Keep up the good work!! Our family greatly appreciates all your hard work you put in for us.

I cannot say enough good things about James. My water heater went out on Saturday, he came Saturday night at 10pm to look at it, and replaced it Sunday afternoon. I was charged a fair price, and he did a great job!! I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!!

James Holloway was fantastic. He called before arrival and showed up right on time. I had several jobs for him to take care of. He kept me in the loop all day and charged a fair price. He represented the company very well. I will choose them in the future.

He was cool and was here on time,, did the job right away and I've had no problems with the new sump pump I had replaced.. just brought our house so we were freaking out what to do or how over priced things would be... but really affordable and convenient really fast service while doing the job right!! I highly recommend!!!
