I have used Freed Plumbing a handful of times over the last couple years. They are always very professional over the phone and in their work. They get me scheduled promptly and convenient to my scheduling needs. They arrive on time, and do quality work. The pricing is nice because after the service charge, they break it up in 15 minute increments rather than a full hourly charge. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

I called Freed Plumbing to fix a leaking pipe connected to my home water filter. They did tell me they would call before the visit. I ended up missing there call and reached out to them hours later a little before 3PM. they were still able to send Mike over to fix my issues. I was very grateful for that. Mike was in and out, took him less than an hour could not complain at all. i recommend Freed and will use them again

After making an appointment, hadn't heard anything from them at the time scheduled! Called them to be told they might not make it, did I want to reschedule...ABSOLUTELY NOT! Person was not apologetic at all and basically blew me off! Totally unconcerned about the absolute inconvenience they caused! TERRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! And unfortunately I can't rate them a ZERO!!
