I’ve been coming here for my wings for a while now. Today was the first day I’ve had a delay issue but was made aware of it and the manager (Alisa) and the waitress (Meli) both went out of their way to make it right as they acknowledged the delay in the food. The wings we waited on were discounted from the total. I’m very satisfied with their food and service and will continue to give them my business!

I came here on a Thursday night. Not only did it take 10 minutes for anyone to greet our us, but when they did we were told it was a 30minute wait and the guy walked away from us. 10 minutes later a young lady asked if we wanted our name on the list. After receiving the text saying our table was ready, it then took an additional 20 minutes to be seated. Our waitress however was very nice. We then waited an addition hour and 45 minutes for them to bring us ICE COLD FOOD. There was NO WAY I was paying for this food. They were Track to make GREAT money tonight from our party, BUT unfortunately our night was ended in disappointment. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILLRECOMMEND ANYONE WHO LIKES GOOD SERVICE AND HOT FOOD TO STAY AWAY FROM BUFFALO WILD WINGS ON E STATE STREET ROCKFORD ILLINOIS.

Amazing food! Service was absolute horrible, came in on 3/2/21 around 10:30 wasn’t many people there; only 4 tables; my server had me and a couple leaving. Never told me her name, said everything okay after I got my food, drive safe. It was like I was talking to a wall..... if I knew I was gonna get this service. I would have picked the food up. She is lucky I tipped her anything

Worst experience at a buffalo wild wings ever. I placed an online order and it was just all wrong. I was charged for food i never received. The food i did receive was made completely wrong. I should have checked everything before i left but i was just over it after waiting so long just to be serviced so i just hopped for the best. I tried calling five times got through 3 out of the five but was rudely hung up on all three times. I just decided to call in the morning i was so frustrated.I understand that they were extremely busy but you can't run a business like that and you shouldn't treat paying customers that way. Would i ever return there no definitely not. I will just have to wait till I go back towards Chicago to get my buffalo wild wings. Sorry i can't even give one star for that service it was just so awful.
