If you're needing a real estate agent in the will/grundy area do yourself a HUGE favor and call Chris Shell. Whether you are buying or selling his knowledge of the area's markets is incredible. Our house recently sold with Chris in 12 days with 2 different offers. We sold for more than we thought possible! Chris also knows so many different people relating to construction, finance, inspections, ect... He responded to every question or worry we might have had incredibly fast. Always reassured us when things got a little stressful. I can't say enough good things about him. You will not be dissapointed!

Mark&Candy shell and Chris shell are the tops. You won't find a more honest and straight forward person than Mark. I have a listing with them now and have known them for 21 years since I bought my house through them in town here in Wilmington. 12/3/17 My listing has been sold and as usual Mark Shell makes everything easy which makes me happy!

My husband and I just closed on our home today. We are so very excited!!! Dana Welch, our realtor, is an amazing person! She was by our side every step of the way from looking at houses to the closing. She was always by our side helping and supporting us. She knows the real estate process very well. She knew exactly what we were looking for. She is very professional yet friendly. To us shes not just a realtor but now a friend! Dana is the best!nSue, at Pro Real Estate, is the best too! She was always friendly when I went into the office to have documents scanned and sent to the lender. There was one time I called Pro Real Estate at 4:55pm (5pm is when the office closes) and she stayed later to scan and send documents. She too is very professional but very friendly. Very welcoming!nThey arent trying to sell you a house for the $$$. They are trying their best to find their clients homes that they will love for years to come.
