Staff is rude and treat people like we are beneath them. Only speaking on the staff that works the front entrance when you first walk in. Bonding someone out is frustrating already, don't need to be treated like that. I stood at the window for twenty minutes before the lady at the other window who had no one there, finally says I'm at the wrong window. Never acknowledged me when I first walked up. Very disappointing.
