One of the worst here in town, caters to friends and family of theirs and will kick you out to move in said friends. They'll use putting an eviction on your history to blackmail you into paying rent even if they are still kicking you out. Then they will tack on as much as possible to claim you owe them and put that on your credit. Never again. Glad I'm buying a house and will never have to deal with landlords again.
