would not returne my calls. I was denied do to a referral that was not accurate. Once the the referral was fixed arrow refused to rent to me becaie cause of the mistake. I will not recommend arrow to anyone

I have 25 rental units with this company and Since the first month was over & I received my statements on time, my money was in the bank by the 15th of each month always, property is very well kept and looking good. etc. I have always been able to sit back and not worry that Arrow is taking care of everything for me. I have been able to relax & enjoy life with my family. Thanks Arrow we appreciate your hard work.

I have never rented from a better company. I have never had any issue getting maintance done to the building and they do it quickly. The owners and staff are always so friendly every time I see them. I highly recommend renting, buying, or even selling through Arrow

We are past tenants of Arrow and they did all they could to help my family from renting to us all the way to move out, Even though we moved to another rental company for a large house. We left the house the way we believe we received it minus wear & tear of course and they gave us our entire deposit back. I think this company as far as managers are concerned are the best I have rented from. I can only imagine if you rate them low you were probably bad tenants.
