Mark was an absolute professional throughout the process of selling out home. He made us feel that he understood all of the emotions that we were feeling in relocating. We had a fantastic experience with Rick Arkell as our realtor. He is very knowledgeable in real estate and watches every detail as the process unfolds. He is organized and a great communicator. If I ever needed to speak with him, he was always available or returned my call in a very timely manner. The home we sold needed a lot of repairs and Rick was able to take care of these details with sub-contractors he trusts and has confidence in. All of the repairs were taken care of quickly and done very well. We were very happy with everything. From our first meeting to our last - this process was handled with great guidance and professionalism. I will only use Rick Arkell for any future real estate transactions. Thank you!!!
