It was okay. She quick at the tongue with persuasion. Be careful you will spend $150 - $200 in no time.
Charged me way too much to paint my nails. And rush through it. Not a manicure by any means.. Unorganized nail color selection. Made my cuticles bleed by drilling over them instead of cutting. Voiced my concerns and noone seemed to care to fix it or explain. I will not be returning to this place.
I went to get my nails removed yesterday and had plans to get them re done the next day. The lady who owns the shop charged me $20 to get my nails removed which is entirely to much for nail removal. The price was told to me after she removed my nails. I’ve had my nails removed plenty of times in this location before and was charged only $10. This place is very money hungry and I will never go back to this place again.
Costumer service is HORRIBLE!!!! From out of town working and decided to come in. When prices were being discussed amongst my coworker and I from the areas we are from, one of the workers stated “you all can go”. Money is NOT a problem and spend everywhere but you won’t talk to me any kind of way!
Kathy & her crew are amazing! Andy did a fabulous job on my nails... get up there asap folks!
