Very well done and put together. We got the regular seats and had a blast with our kids. They dance in the aisle and the kids are asked to join if interested. Santa and Frosty made an appearance and that was a huge hit as well. The conductor did a great job stamping the kids names on the ticket. Everyone got bells at the end.
We have been multiple times. Last couple seasons regular coach, first time special coach. The trip is magical! We love the dancers and seeing all the visitors. So much fun!
Very well done. They work extremely hard to make it seem very realistic and follow the storyline well. Highly recommend.
Went with my daughter to enjoy the show and hot chocolate. She loved it and got to dance with the girls!
We go to Polar Express every year and love it! This past year I brought my parents as well and they enjoyed it as well. My daughter loves meeting santa and riding the train. We love the souvenir shop after as well.
