I am here trying to get help with a vehicle that was struck in a parking lot. I was not sure what to expect. We waited a few minutes and Ofc. Alexander spoke with us regarding this matter. He was super helpful, came outside to look at the car, took the report, was super professional and nice.nnHe took our info and let us know they probably wouldn’t be able to find out who struck the car, which we knew, but wanted to have a report for Insurance purposes.nnIt was a refreshing experience to say the least. I know people aren’t always thrilled to have interactions with the police, but this voluntary interaction was great.nnHe was very efficient and high regards for the Officer and Waukegan police for taking the time to help us with this minor issue!nn#CityofProgress

I walked into the police on Washington to get a police report regarding kids bullying and jumping on my daughter in school three times. The officer at the front desk tells me they are behind on reports that I can wait or come back later it’s up to me.. That’s the stupidest stuff I heard like, how long does it take to wright a report. It’s five officers in the back sitting down looking at me doing nothing.. I didn’t want to even go in there but I was trying to do the right thing.. I guess it’s safe to say people better off policing themselves...That’s the last time I seek help from lazy officers

Police officer wasn't very good this location. Exactly they just want money from everyone. We should be careful.
