Subway

I absolutely love the customer service at this store! Kylee is such a sweetheart and so very professional and she is just one of the reasons I continue to come back to that store. My family and friends always have such a positive experience when she’s working too.nI’ll continue to come in because of the great customer service she provides. She’s never messed up on any of our sandwiches and we order frequently.nShe is awesome! Subway is sure lucky to have her.

I go here about once a week. The people are always nice, the sandwiches are pretty good here compared to most Subways, never really had any issue to speak of, think Ill head over there for lunch today.

Ordered online to pick up. We were told the chips and cookies were in the bag with our sandwiches and could see the chips so didn't question it. Got home and went through the 5 sandwiches. They were labeled wrong. Opened one and it had the correct meat but the toppings for another sandwich. Went back in with the sandwich and receipt. Worker took the sandwich and receipt and put them both on the counter where the sandwiches are made. I would have thought the sandwich would go directly in the trash due to covid since it was in my possession and home. Got my sandwich and came home only to realize there weren't any cookies.

My server had great customer service! She made my sandwhich fast, fresh, and with great satisfaction! I thought that the bathroom code was a little unnecessary as many customers had issues with it.

I love Subway sandwiches. I usually get the cold cut combo with lots of toppings, but last time I got a steak and cheese with lots of toppings. I've never been disappointed. I'm probably gonna have Subway again today since it's on my mind now.
