I have been going here for a few years on and off and never had an issue until my last visit. I understand things have changed because of guidelines in place for Covid, however I brought a friend with me last time and was a little embarrassed at how my friend was treated when she found out that she could not use the table for drying her hands and she was just trying to explain that every business must be doing things differently because in her neighborhood her salon allowed it but she could not get two words in... the employee just kept interrupting her which I thought was extremely rude and because of this and how embarrassed I am that I brought my friend with me I will not be returning as a customer. Really sucks because I could walk to this nail salon and it is right next to my hair salon so perfect locationud83dude22

worst customer service ever. there was not enough staff so i was very rushed while picking out my color and then when she was doing the actual nails she did not take her time and they look HORRIBLE. i do not recommend. she was so rude also, she even said rude comments to me. the nails are so uneven and badly painted. they aren’t even glued fully on. they also don’t tell you about extra fees until after you already made the choice, so you get surprised by the price. not worth the money at all. wish you could do 0 stars

have such a good experience every time I come here! I have found my new permanent nail salon! Julia is such an amazing nail artist and the staff creates a comfortable atmosphere. I definitely recommend this spa to everyone!

The woman was very rude. She was rushing and made my nails crooked. I got charged an extra 5$ for short nails which were “long.” They kept charging extra for everything. I will never go back to this place.I would rate it a 0 if I could. She was more focused on her phone notifications then the quality of my nails.
