I had a leaky faucet. I had Mike and have had him before. He is excellent. Mike explains things well and takes time to make sure you understand the options available. He does fantastic work ( I have had him fix a toilet) and he is very impressive. Herra is a business with integrity.
During the below zero temps in February, our furnace suddenly quit working. Within 2 hours of my call (a non-customer), a repairman was out and when it was determined we needed a brand new furnace (and not just repairs), they had the person that sets that up (and FOUR space heaters for us!) within another 2 hours.nnThe next day, a team promptly arrived at the time they said they would, efficiently installed a new furnace, thermostat, flue, and other components, all while wearing masks and using drop cloths to protect my home.nnThe new system works great (they sent someone to inspect the work to make sure) and we're already getting a bid from them on some other HVAC work! We will never go with anyone else but J&R Herra for our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!
Our furnace quit at 6:30 p.m. during a February snow storm when most roads were closing. Dennis promptly called me back and was planning to come as soon as he finished his current call; however, the roads were too dangerous so he came early the next morning. He determined the problem, quickly researched parts availability, and estimated repair time. We decided a new furnace was the best option. He immediately started dismantling the old furnace while Scotty (I think) brought the new furnace. By 1:15 the that afternoon our home was being warmed with our new furnace! Both service techs were great! THANK YOU.
It was more than maintenance & repair. They replaced the 2 original furnaces in our home. Wasn't cheap but they gave us good prices. Service was excellent. Very professional and considerate of our home. These are the guys to go to for HVAC.
