We love the way our carpets look. This company is amazing. Very friendly, fast service. When they came to clean the carpet they took their time and were very thorough. Always had great experiences with Columbia Chem-Dry when I lived in the area. So now that I live almost 2 hrs. away, I really miss them! They were so helpful in meeting me and getting me some of their cleaner so that I can keep up my area rug. Still, wish they were available where I live. No products beat theirs for really getting carpets clean, and their service is A+.
Columbia Chem Dry did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet for a house we rented. We had some spots treated with PURE for dog urine issues and the carpet came out perfectly! No odor remains and it looks beautiful! The owner, Jennifer, is very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them! She has a team that knows what they are doing!
My carpet is so clean! Shout out to tech Brian who did an excellent job. Arrived on time, made measurements, gave me a reasonable quote, assured me that I could get the $99 special. Done in an hour. Fresh! And will be dry in just a few hours.
