Always had great experiences with Columbia Chem-Dry when I lived in the area. So now that I live almost 2 hrs. away, I really miss them! They were so helpful in meeting me and getting me some of their cleaner so that I can keep up my area rug. Still, wish they were available where I live. No products beat theirs for really getting carpets clean, and their service is A+.

Columbia Chem Dry did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet for a house we rented. We had some spots treated with PURE for dog urine issues and the carpet came out perfectly! No odor remains and it looks beautiful! The owner, Jennifer, is very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them! She has a team that knows what they are doing!
