Robert came to our house to clean our couch after one of our dogs peed on it. He was very professional and kind. He did a wonderful job and showed me what he was doing when he could. He did a wonderful job and my mom and I were immensely happy with it. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.
Great Job! A-1 Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on our entire administrative building at Port of Kalama. Lots of square footage to cover, and it all looks so nice! A+ Customer Service, A+ Cleaning Job, and our carpets look brand new again! Will definitely be using them again! Thank you so much!
I am not sure what happened, but I was scheduled with Jason to have carpets cleaned at 2:00PM on Thursday 8/30/18. It is now 3:15PM and he has not shown up or called. I tried confirming with him on Wednesday (called) and did not hear back. We live in Oregon and the house is in Kalama, Washington. I drove up anyway just to make sure I was there at the scheduled time. I am sitting in the empty house still waiting. It now affects our tenants moving in because I am having trouble finding another person to clean the carpets. I am not sure if something happened to him or if he just forgot. If it does turn out to be out of his control I will update this review. Otherwise there is no way, at this point, that I would recommend Jason at A1 Carpet Cleaning.
