I was just there, had a young african American woman at the counter take care of me. What a great employee. I wish I had remembered her name. I asked if they had a tip jar, she said they didn't but I tipped tipped her anyways. I knocked my order to the floor and she offered to remake it. All that I can say is she is the showcase of excellent customer service. Whoever she is, promote her

I come to this taco bell because its close to home and my pregnant fiance wants fast food and McDonald's gets old very quickly. I would say 9out of 10 times they take my order reluctantly and with attitude, 8 out of 10 times they get it wrong, and 10 out of 10 times the food is sloppily thrown together.

They rarely ever get an order correct if your allergic to any kind food within an item they will not follow the special instructions. I have gone here for years cause its closest to my home. Even if i complain once every 6 months or so they still screw it up so frustrating ud83dude12

Spent nearly $16 on this drive thru order on 1/23/2021 , didnt get receipt , no napkins given , 1 item was wrong Thing that wasnt even ordered And didnt get item wanted , Chicken pot pie was so dried out and barely filled and it was gross also didnt get the cookie that went with meal , and tryed to call twice and got no answer and very unfriendly customer service at window 2 nd time in a row that im Very unhappy With experience at this location . Come on really how hard is It to do your job and get food correct and be fresh ?
