I’ve made a appointment at 2:30 and waited almost 3 hours they were taking people that went in before us. And one guy told me that “just a few more minutes” 1 hour after that and another guy said “ she’s just putting clear coat on so just 5 more minutes” 30 minutes after that they still haven’t took me. I gave them almost 3 hours. Don’t waste your time making appointments there is no point. Plus I didn’t get my nails done.

I’ve been here twice and I’ve made appointments. The first time the person I booked for wasn’t there and I had to wait 45 mins after my appointment time to be taken and the second I had an appointment and got taken an hour later and didn’t get taken by the person I booked my appointment for... she took a walk in instead. I’d love to keep coming here because they do beautiful work but there’s no point in making an appointment when I don’t get taken at the time of my appointment and I also don’t get taken by the person I booked the appointment for.

I made an appointment few weeks ago to get a full set. Once I arrive there they told me that I was gonna have to wait two hours to take care of me they took care of a walk in instead. They told me to come back the next day in the morning and they will give me half price. I didn’t end up goin you do leave half an hour away is a waist of gas for me. I used to be a regular had been going there for over a year and a half and I always had to wait up to 45 minute to be taken care with an appointment and I didn’t really mind they do a really good job I love there work but Not respecting appointment is to much I used to recommend this please a lot to my friends and a lot of them used to go and stop going for the same reason I don’t think I’ll be going back not any time soon!!!

By far the best salon I have ever been to, it is super clean and such an inviting atmosphere. They always go above and beyond and never disappoint. Thai has been doing my nails for close to 2 years now and I can’t imagine going to anyone else! ud83dudc85ud83cudffdud83dudc97ud83dudc93
