Kyle and his assistant were incredible. Professional, very knowledgeable, extremely polite and respectful. Committed to completing the repairs and going out of the way to be sure all of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Technician Anthony Hawkins provided excellent A/C service yesterday. He's thorough, knowledgeable and clearly committed to doing quality work. Good communicator (doesn't hurt that he has retained his London accent!), pleasant and friendly, with a fine sense of humour.nnTechnician Marcus Gardner provided my latest A/C service yesterday (8/23/19). He's a real pro in his line of work, who inspires great trust.nnRoger S. was my technician this year for both A/C and heating service and was excellent in his work and his communication each time. He's another very fine person at ABC who inspires complete trust.
If I could give 100 stars I would! ABC is amazing and Aaron S. Was the BEST! Aaron was courteous, knowledgeable, and comforting in a situation that was very scary for our family! He was able to show us different makes and models of both air-conditioning units and furnaces and find the best models and deals for us. I would recommend him 1 million times over. He deserves so much recognition! ABC is such a great company that really cares about their customers and it really shows through their employees.
Very professional and prompt service. Adrian was very thorough and informative in completing his diagnosis of our AC unit. We also appreciated the follow ups and updates regarding our appointment updates and the rescheduling to an earlier time. Very rare to see this kind of customer service and follow-through.nnFollow up 7/25: Had new Ac/furnace installed. ABC was prompt, diligent about work, acted very professionally and was very quick and orderly about working cleanly with no mess to worry about. Very satisfied with their work.nnFollow up 2/4: Tom S. was courteous, professional and thorough in providing PM service on our heater. Very happy using ABC.
Ken H is an incredible, caring and thorough electrician. His attention to detail in moving and installing some electrical outlets and switches was impeccable. Most importantly, his recommendations to improve the safety of our home for our family by upgrading our electrical panel and the work he did to get it done in record time was greatly appreciated. Mark S helped him out on that one since it was a big job. Both of these guys are super professional and courteous and deserve kudos for the way they treat their customers, we feel more like family than just another job to get done. Thanks guys!!!
