Our sewer line was backing up. Within an hour of calling Excel we had a plumber show at our front door; very impressive considering we called at 7pm on a Saturday. The plumber, Igor, was friendly and professional. He used a camera to inspect the clog followed by a heavy-duty auger to clear it. It was a stubborn clog so he had to run the auger a couple of times with different tips. He would inspect the line after each pass. The poor guy stayed for several hours and worked up a sweat, but you can tell he wanted to do a good job. He managed to clear the line in the end. Overall very pleased with this service!
Excel Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing place we have ever used! Kurt was very helpful, explained what was going on in detail so we understood, and fixed our leak. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked!
We had an emergency situation at 3 AM and called the first place we found on Google and we got super lucky! Excel plumbing was fantastic and Luke was a super professional, honest and high quality plumber. We had them come back a few days later to fix some other issues and are planning on continuing to use them as our go to for future plumbing needs!
We couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with Excel plumbing! Extremely professional and thorough work. We had extensive piping work done that required knowledge and expertise of multiple professional practices. Starting from the estimate to final walk through the team adhered to strict cleanliness and safety procedures. They completed the project within the time frame quoted and were able to include unforeseen add-on’s at a very reasonable additional cost. Overall the project came in within the bounds of the estimate! We have had many home projects completed over the years by other home repair vendors and I have to say that Excel Plumbing has set a new bar! Highly recommended!
