We arrived at this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

I use one or two of the Portillo's around me the one on Lake Cook Road or the one on Dundee in Arlington Heights .I have never gotten and wrong order or anything incomplete they have a very efficient system of getting the orders through but if you're anywhere around a meal time you could be sitting in that line for 30 minutes they just finally reopened on Friday so that you could go in and get your order place it wait for it and take it home with you,, I watched the last car as I was driving away with my order still five cars from the building .nwow they're so nice to you inside and outside and I have never gotten an order that was not 100% correct!!ud83dude01ud83dude0dud83eudd29ud83eudd73ud83eudd17 !!!! if every other fast food restaurant goes out of business Portillo's will never go downud83cudf89ud83cudf8a .., everybody will still go to Portillo's and many others will start finding them when all the other fast food restaurants fold!!!! I'm glad to know at least it seems like the line does not go all the way around the building to Dundee Road which is my normal place,,,, ,nthank you for the great service throughout the years and some of the most wonderful times I've ever hadud83dude18ud83dude24ud83dude0dud83eudd29ud83eudd73ud83eudd17ud83dude4fud83dude00ud83dude07ud83dude03ud83dude4fud83dude07ud83dude4fud83dude07

Very neat and welcoming spot. They offer large portions and for reasonable rates. We loved the food a lot and the staff were very attentive and informative. Recommended.

I know people go nuts for the dogs, chocolate cake, and the burgers are solid too. But do yourself some true self-love and get the beef & cheddar croissant. This sandwich will rock your world.
