Used the mobile app to order 4 subs. The subs weren't ready at the arrival time and once they were ready, they were rushed and not made nicely with toppings spread unevenly and they were barely toasted, just warm. 1 of the subs was made entirely wrong and had multiple wrong toppings on it. Service and quality are sorely at a once good subway.
I've had on two occasions with two different employees not once but twice did not put gloves on when they layed down the wax paper before then putting gloves on for the bread and toppings. Even though they may have washed their hands before hand, I find this to be a risk during these times so I would proceed with caution. Also find times most employees are not wearing their face masks correctly which is a concern to many
It’s a subway. And a good one. Clean and professional.
Not good that this subway was too lazy to take an order over the phone today. During COVID no one should be turning away business. Same subway that can’t get the order correct when you do it on line. Of coarse they never credit you or make an experience go from bad to good. Shameful! Whoever owns this business obviously doesn’t need the business everyone. Go to the subway on route 22 in buffalo grove as they are friendly and accommodating. Either this location got a substantial PPP grant because apparently they do not want or need the business.
