Sarah is amazing if I could give her give her 10 stars I would! I found her by googling local lash studios that is when I stumbled on her website. Her website was super easy to navigate and easy to book my session. Shortly after I booked my session she personally texted me that she was available sooner if I would like to come in sooner. I also received reminder text messages.nnHer studio is based out of her home so when I arrived she greeted me at the door introduced herself and offered me a water before she escorted me to her spa room. It was super clean and the decor was on point, bright and cheery. After a quick consultation and paper work. I hopped up on the table, she offered me a blanket and the table was super comfy with a nice bolster to support my knees. I could have fell asleep as I was so comfortable. She was great to chat with and while it took a little over 1.5 hours for a full set which is expected. We chatted the whole time, it was like catching with an old friend so it did not even feel like 1.5 hours. At the end she gave me a gift bag with how to care for my lashes a compact& a cute lash brush. I can't wait to schedule my fill. No detail was missed and outstanding customer service. If you want to get lashes done you need see Sarah!
My experience with Sarah at LaLa Lashes was excellent! She did a wonderful job explaining to me how to care for them. It has been a week and they still look amazing and very natural!
