American Nail College is a great place to get your nail tech license. I needed something with flexible hours and this was the best option in the Chicagoland area. You get to set your own schedule. They’re even open late on Thursday and Friday until 8PM. You get one-on-one lessons in a very collaborative environment. The teachers here are all very experienced and have a lot of knowledge about the current trends and techniques.

This is a very good school for aspiring nail technicians. You can learn at your own pace! Just drop in and they will set you up with something to practice. The staff are very friendly and encouraging They provide a clean and relaxing learning environment. The classroom has lots of places to sit and big windows for fresh air to come in. Many students transfer to this school because they are the most flexible. There are opportunities each month to sign up for elective classes that will teach techniques for new trends, such as art classes. They also offer supplies for sale at a good price while you are in school. Overall I believe this is the best nail technician program in the Chicago area.

I researched several schools before deciding on ANC...The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. They work with you individually and truly care about your needs. ANC also allows you to make your own schedule which is great for working students and moms. The facility is clean, friendly and very affordable compared to other schools. As a student, I believe I will graduate with the skills needed to work in a professional spa or salon and I’ll be prepared for the licensing exam in the near future. I would highly recommend this school to my friends and family!
