Great service overall. Rob is the best! He is very professional and I walk out feeling brand new every time. He always makes me feel better and helps you understand what is going on with your body. High recommend seeing him!

Roseanne is absolutely the best!!! Her massage is the perfect blend of deep tissue, relaxation and stretch... I always leave my appointment knowing how much better I am going to feel! Staff at the Randhurst facility is always pleasant and professional!! Thank you all for making my Massage Envy membership so well worth it!

I always have the best experience with Floyd (massage) and Grace (facial). I’ve been going to massage envy since September and the experience has always been excellent. The receptionists are also great! I drive an hour to get to them because I love their services and quality of customer experience.

The overall experience was amazing. The front desk staff member Renee was so pleasant and John did a wonderful job. He was professional and very calm which helped set the tone. We will definitely be returning to this location.

Yesterday was a great experience at MEnI was greeted so nicely & professionally by Alexa and she was so polite and did a great job with explaining new procedures since Covid.nnAlso I was greeted by another Polite & Professional ME member MARIA who then showed me to the area to wait for Floyd.nnMassage by Floyd was AMAZING!nWe spoke first about some areas of concerns and when I left I NO longer had any areas, just feeling relaxed and satisfied !nnOverall my ME experience yesterday on ALL levels was great and meet all of my expectations.nnI will be back to this location to see these SAME people for another ME experience !!nnThank younnAlexanMaria and Floyd
