Adapting Quickly in a COVID-19 World.nnGot a haircut finally after waiting for a couple of months! I was apprehensive about going to the salon because I did not know what to expect. Great Clips has figured it out. The process is simple, unless you choose to complicate it for yourself.nnStep (1) Get the Great Clips App (I've been using this for a couple of years now)nStep (2) Find the location you would like to go to (I typically choose the one that has the shortest wait time)nStep (3) *Important* Arrive at the location no more than 5 minutes before your designated time for 1 main reason -- there is no seating area (which makes total sense). Wear a mask --- which is required (makes perfect sense).nStep (4) Someone will check you in, ask you to use the hand sanitizer and check your temperature (perfect!)nStep (5) Get seated on your chair (keep all your belongings with you since you are no longer allowed to put anything on the counter)nStep (6) Keep your mask on (and the associate may ask to adjust as needed)nStep (7) Pay, use hand sanitizer, and leave.nnAwesome experience! Thank you for getting this right!
There prices are fair and no matter who cuts my hair it looks great.
Ming and Dung are hands down the best stylists I've had out of any of the approximately 10 different Great Clips I've been to. Thank you, ladies, keep up the great work!
Haircut is good here. They record the haircut history. Therefore next time when we visit they have complete details. Reasonable price. Online checkin will save wait time.
