I have used Polar Heating and Air Conditioning numerous times for service at my home and office as well as installation of residential furnace/AC units. They are always great! All employees I have dealt with were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great prices too!

Tech. Gerry had to replace an Inducer Draft Motor. Because the efficiency of furnace was greatly improved the volume of air exiting the furnace was increased, creating a noticeable 'hum' from the furnace which was not immediately detectable until a week later. After reporting to Polar my concern, tech Dan came over and determined the 'hum' was an exhaust flue vibrating and hence touching the furnace. Dan remedied the problem in 30 seconds.
