I did my research and found all the reviews positive for this company..I wasn’t disappointed.. Dennis was extremely professional and courteous to me and my wife.. they did a great job replacing the old water heater and walked me through what they did..very conversational and he made us feel like he was taking care of family.. highly recommend.. we will be calling in the future for other break downs..n-Jim Safarik

Mr. Tony & Mr. Dennis are absolute stars at Lakehouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc! I had a time-sensitive issue to replace a furnace in the midst of a strong winter. I called them in the morning, they gave me the same day competitive price for a new furnace and the next day the unit was installed working very nicely. They were super fast, very friendly and professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars in this review!

We bought our home in September and installed a new thermostat in October. Recently, we were experiencing issues and called Lakehouse b/c the previous owners used them for service and we figured that they had a mutually good rapport. My husband called and spoke to Dennis and he was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, courteous & professional. Dennis was able to explain the problem so that we could understand the issue and how to go about resolving it. I would highly recommend Lakehouse for prompt, efficient and exceptional service!

They definitely know what they are doing. But be aware $125 is a service call. Just to show up. Then I paid $250 to clear code which was due to a bird nest in exhaust blocking air (which They cleared using wire) . That cost me $250nForget to tell you I paid 4% Credit card fee since I paid by Credit card . All in All $390 and no parts were replaced at all. You will be the Judge.

Dennis and Tony responded immediately to my contact. They came and evaluated my dead A/C. Their price was fair and final installation some of the best work I have seen. Very professional guys and absolutely outstanding experience all around. I unreservedly recommend them for all things HVAC/Plumbing. They now have a customer for life.
