I went in yesterday for a full acrylic set. The nail tech that I had while buffing my nails with the machine bumped into my skin about 3-4 times. Which is fine. As he was doing my nails he was being very critical which I appreciate. But my ring finger nail is shorter than the rest of my nails on my left hand. Also he did forget the second layer of polish on my left had as well. My right hand is perfectly fine, just seems like my left hand was neglected and they wanted to get me out. 2 hours for what I had gotten done and it’s not even done.
I got a dip nail and one day later, they were chipping. I have never experienced anything like it! Now 5 days later every nail has polish coming up. I asked for bubble bath- so did my friend and our colors were totally different.
I wanna say first things first... I have yet to find a GOOD nail place in the suburbs! Just moved here from Texas... I’m super picky about my nails.and this place was amazing !!! Good price and good quality!! She did such a good job! They speak really good English! Owner is amazing!!! Def check this out
Love this place! Clean, so friendly! Danny is young but he did an awesome job on my nails! He was so detailed, love the shape of my nails. My only recommendation is that with Covid still being so present... I would like to see more action taken to ensure everyone's safety.n1. Seating in every other chair instead of right next to each other where the clients are only 2 feet from each other.n2. Disinfecting the station after use, prior to seating another client in that same spot.nI know these things would make me feel better & I'm sure others.
They is so bogus they didn’t tell us the price until we was getting ready to leave. They are so expensive for things that’s are cheaper at other salons and they are unprofessional. I came for a full set and asked for something easy and they didn’t even do what I asked for. They argued with us instead of handling things differently i don’t recommend them at all. We had simple designs and the lady didn’t tell us what we where getting done before we got it. Just horrible
