Great service! The employee with a hijab was extremely friendly and helpful! I asked about opinions on different hair products and she gave me great advice and reminded me about coupons I could use. I wish I remembered her name but she went above and beyond to help.
Well decorated and very clean inside! Always feel relaxed as soon as I walk through the door.
This Ulta is always my favorite to visit. The store itself is in a nice location & is well laid-out, however, the staff is 100% what makes me love this location. They are also so welcoming, friendly, & really helpful. Picking out new products during a pandemic when we can't touch samples (for good reason) is hard, and they really have been so knowledgable and helpful in still picking out the best options for myself (plus knowing you can return things you try & don't like is also always great). This store is the reason I ended up becoming more of an Ulta shopper than Sephora shopper.
I didn't know they wax Eyebrows! I'm Very Picky about my Eyebrows, and THALIA did an EXCELLENT job! She is Extremely Clean, and Very Friendly. I have a new fave spot!
Theeee best place to get quality spa-for-me items and I noticed that the staff was very helpful and engaged with customers. They also have sufficient spacing while you wait to check out -- much appreciated-- and the young lady who helped us (Mackayla) was very nice.
