I got my hair done by Candice and she was amazing! It turned out better than I expected and I’m very happy about it! Candice was awesome and very sweet! She made sure I was comfortable since it took 4-5 hours to do my hair. Everyone else in the store was also very nice and helpful! Can’t wait to go back!
Yesterday, I went into this store, my first time ever in an Ulta Store. I was blown away by the kindness and best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sarah, you are a Gem. I almost walked out of the store, because I was so overwhelmed. I had a list in my head of the things I wanted, and needed to get to start taking better care of myself, but I didn’t know where to start. And you were there. Walking with me, showing me where everything was. Giving me your best advice and showing your knowledge in such a big way. I can’t thank you enough for being there and guiding me.
This is a great location, their selection is good and their employees are friendly. I got my hair cut by Candice and she did a fantastic job.
Candice does a fantastic job with root touch up and highlights. Her attention to detail is outstanding. Her warmth and friendliness makes the appointment time pass quickly. Give her a try you won't be disappointed.
