Recently had a Venus Bliss treatment on my flanks and it went great. The staff was very nice and professional and informed me of how the service was going to go and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will be recommending this place to people who are in the same position as me looking to lose weight as well as doing more services they have to offer. Cannot wait for my next treatment and to start seeing some great results
Extremely disappointed in the staff. I was only 10 minutes late to my 3rd laser hair removal appointment after paying for 6 sessions. They took 5 minutes to find someone to talk with me who ultimately decided since I was “15” minutes late that I had to reschedule my appointment. They refused to reschedule in person, said they would call me and never did. The laser hair removal machine gets so hot that doing my underarms was more painful than a Brazilian wax. I recommend finding a place with better staff and a newer machine that doesn’t give 1st degree burns.
Mary Jane was absolutely incredible. For someone with a laser phobia, she was completely confident and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
Hoffman Estates location has great director/consultant and will make sure they answers all of the questions and concerns a potential customer may have. All of the staff try to do their best to schedule for what works for you and are quick to let you know if there are openings for a scheduled time if you are on a waiting list.
Very good professionals and nice environment. I loved meeting the new assistant manager Nick. She is very nice person, I spoke with her about the treatments I need, and she did the best she could to help me out. It was a great experience be attending by her.
